 Zhina Modaresgorji, a Kurdish journalist, and Fariba Zandkarimi, a teacher, two renowned Kurdish women's rights activists in Sanandaj are under pressure to obtain forced confessions in the solitary confinement of Iranian Intelligence in Sanandaj.
 

 According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Zhina Modaresgorji, a journalist and women's rights activist, as well as Fariba Zandkarimi, a teacher who is also active in the field of women's rights, was transferred to the Iranian Intelligence Detention Center in Sanandaj after being arrested and abducted. In the solitary cell of this institution, they are under a lot of pressure to do forced confessions against themselves.
 

 According to the informed sources, these two activists from Sanandaj, after being arrested and abducted by government forces, have been denied contact with their families and meeting them.
 

 On Monday, April 10, 2023, Zhina Madaresgorji was abducted by the Iranian intelligence forces while returning from work. 
 

 In March 2023, Zhina Modaresgorji was charged with the new charge of "acting against national security by forming an illegal group and being a member of it" by the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Court in Sanandaj.
 

 She was arrested by the Iranian Intelligence forces on September 21, 2022, in Sanandaj. After 40 days of detention in the women's ward of Sanandaj prison on October 30, 2022, she was temporarily released on a bail of 100 million tomans ( 2,000 USD) until the end of the proceedings.
 

 Also, Fariba Zandkarimi, 35, one of the contract teachers of the Department of Education and women's rights activists in Sanandaj, was arrested on April 5, 2023, after being summoned to the Iranian Intelligence Department in Sanandaj.
 

 Hengaw reported earlier that after the arrest of Fariba Zandkarimi, the Iranian intelligence forces stormed and searched her house.
