Hengaw has been informed that Amin Heydari, a dual citizen of French-Iranian national originally from Ravansar residing in Bandar Abbas, has been apprehended by the authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran. 

Despite six months having passed since his arrest, Heydari's legal standing remains uncertain.

Amin Heydari, an Iranian-French national, continues to be held by government forces after being detained Six Months ago at Bandar Abbas International Airport upon his return from an overseas trip. Available information indicates that Mr. Heydari was extensively engaged in international trades and frequently had traveled to various countries, including Iran.
 

Reliable sources from Hengaw have revealed that Iranian authorities confiscated Mr. Heydari's mobile phone at the airport. Additionally, a search was conducted at his private residence, where his personal belongings were thoroughly examined.
 

According to an insider, Amin Heydari has been charged by security authorities with allegations of "participating in anti-government demonstrations abroad," "providing financial assistance to opposition groups outside the country," and "engaging in actions against national security" following initial interrogations.
 

Prior to his arrest, Mr. Heydari had been involved in international trades in China, France, and Japan. Furthermore, he held a position as a board member of the Zaytoon Commercial Complex in Bandar Abbas-Iran. 
 

Subsequent to his apprehension in Bandar Abbas and interrogations carried out by security agencies, Mr. Heydari was discreetly transferred to Lakan Prison in Rasht for reasons that even Hengaw hasn’t figured out. He remains in a state of uncertainty within this prison facility.
 

It is important to note that since his detention, Amin Heydari has been deprived of access to legal representation and has been held under strict security measures.
