Burhan Saeedi, a labor activist from Sanandaj, despite the severity of his illness and after 22 days, is still being kept in the intelligence detention center.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Till today Thursday, June 8, 2023, Burhan Saeedi, 59, while suffering from heart disease, is still being held in the detention center of the Sanandaj Intelligence Department.
He has no access to his medicines and has been denied medical treatment in this detention center, a source close to Saeedi's family told Hengaw.
So far, this labor activist has been denied any visits or access to a lawyer.
Burhan Saeedi was arrested on Thursday, May 18, 2023, after being summoned to the Intelligence Department of Sanandaj.
