Ilam: Six citizens were forcibly disappeared by government forces

Mehrdad Qaisar Baigi, Ayub Gravand, Yuns Gravand, Navid Muhamad Nezhad, Muhammad Tehmasbi, and Hamed Rehmani, all from Sarableh, Ilam province, were abducted by government forces.
According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Sunday, June 11, 2023 six citizens from Sarableh, Ilam province: Yunes Gravand, Mehrdad Qaisar Baigi, married and 34 years old; Ayub Gravand, married and 36 years old; Navid Muhammad Nezhad, 26 years old and Wushu coach; Muhammad Tahmasbi, teacher and 36 years old; and Hamed Rahmani, 23 years old and taxi driver, were forcibly disappeared by government forces.
These six citizens were taken to the central detention center in Ilam, an informed source told Hengaw.
Previously and during the uprisings in Sarableh in November 2023, Mehrdad Qaisar Baigi and Ayub Gravand were arrested by government forces.
