Hengaw reports show Osman Mameh, a 55-year-old resident of Bukan, has been in captivity for over seven months following his arrest by government forces, with no information disclosed about his custodial status.
A source close to Osman Mameh's family provided a statement to Hengaw, revealing, "Throughout this period, the family has approached local authorities, intelligence agencies, the IRGC intelligence department, judicial authorities, prisons in Bukan, and all relevant judicial and security institutions. However, no response has been received thus far."
Despite repeated visits to various government entities in Urmia, these institutions have denied the custody of Osman Mameh, occasionally citing security-related reasons and refraining from providing any details.
To date, there has been no communication between Osman Mameh and his family, resulting in significant psychological distress for his loved ones.
Prior to his forced disappearance, Osman Mameh was an employee at a poultry farm in the city of Dukan, located in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
