Forces from the intelligence department detained Arashk Qaisarbaigi, 15, who had previously been detained during the "Jin, Jiyan, Azadî" movement, for a second time in Sarableh, Ilam province.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Arashk Qaisarbaigi, 15, from Ilam and a resident of Sarableh, was detained by forces of the intelligence department on June 28, 2023.
Arashk Qaisarbaigi has been taken to the detention facility of the intelligence department in Sarableh.
It should be noted that during the "Jin, Jiyan, Azadî" movement, government forces detained Arashk Qiasarbaigi in Sarableh, eventually releasing him on bail.a
