Arman Nikpey, a resident of Marivan, was apprehended by the Iranian government forces and transported to an undisclosed location.
 

According to information received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Thursday, July 13, 2023, Arman Nikpey, a resident of the village of "Ney" in Marivan district, was arrested by the Iranian government forces.
 

According to informed sources, the government forces conducted a raid on Arman Nikpey's residence and apprehended him without presenting any legal documentation.
 

Currently, there is no available information regarding the motives behind Arman Nikpey's arrest, the charges filed against him, or the location and conditions of his detention.
 

It is noteworthy that Arvin Nikpey, the brother of Arman Nikpey, was temporarily released from the Marivan Intelligence Detention Center on Friday, May 25, 2023, after four months of detainment. This release was granted upon the submission of a bail amount of 500 million Tomans.
