Over the past two months of June  and July, Iranian authorities have apprehended sixteen residents from Dashti City in Hormozgan Province. While four individuals have been granted provisional release on bail, the remaining twelve individuals' prospects remain ambiguous.
 

Based on information obtained by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, July 11th, 2023, government forces detained Abdulwahid Mohammadi and Mahmoud Rasa, both residents of Dashti City in Hormozgan Province, subsequently transferring them to Hermozgan Prison.
 

In a separate incident, on Tuesday , June 20, 2023, Nima Khodabandeh, Shayan Mohammadi, and Sina Yousefi, residents of Dashti, were detained by government forces in Shiraz and subsequently relocated to Bandar Abbas Prison.
 

Furthermore, on Wednesday, June 16th, 2023, Abdullah Arianfar and Ali Khaki were also arrested within Dashti City.
 

On Monday, June 14th, 2023, nine additional residents from Dashti City, namely Daniel Alipourian, Mohammad Amin Ahmadi, Arya Vaseqi, Taha Dashtian, Mostafa Makari, Hassan Mahmoudi, Abdolrahman Ghanbari, Abdolrahman Jaberi, and Ahmad Bahri, were apprehended by government forces in Dashti.
 

Hengaw has been informed that four of the detainees, Hassan Mahmoudi, Ali Mahmoudi, Mohammad Amin Ahmadi, and Daniel Alipourian, were provisionally released on bail until the conclusion of the judicial proceedings on Wednesday, July 12th, 2023.
 

As of the time of this report, precise details regarding the charges against the detained residents from Dashti City and the circumstances surrounding the twelve individuals currently in custody are not available.
