Qazi Mustafa Ali, a citizen from the "Bamo" district in Halabja province in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, was killed by IRGC forces while he was going to extinguish a wildfire in the border mountains.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, Qazi Mustafa Ali, from the village of "Kani Pasha" in the Bamo district of Halabja province in the Kurdistan region, while trying to extinguish a wildfire in Bamo mountain, was killed by direct fire from the IRGC forces.
According to Qazi Mustafa Ali's family, this citizen was killed at a depth of more than one kilometer inside the territory of the Kurdistan region and his body was taken to "Imam Hossein" hospital of Kermanshah by the Revolutionary Guards forces.
The body of Qazi Mustafa Ali was finally returned from Kermanshah to Halabja on Sunday, July 16, 2023.
