Following a series of arrests of Kurdish citizens, Bayan Farajollahi, a female activist from Sanandaj, was apprehended by Iranian government forces and taken to an undisclosed location.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization For Human Rights, On the evening of Monday, July 17, 2023, government forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran arrested Bayan Farajollahi, a 38-year-old female activist from Sanandaj.
According to reliable sources, the Iranian government forces conducted a raid on Bayan Farajollahi's residence, arresting her without presenting any legal documentation or arrest warrant. Subsequently, she was taken to an undisclosed location.
