Yalda Dehghani, a resident of Bandar Anzali, Approximately ten days ago, she was apprehended by government forces and subsequently confined in a correctional facility. Now transferred to the IRGC Intelligence detention center once again for interrogation.
According to credible reports received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, 22nd of July, 2023, Yalda Dehghani from Bandar Anzali once again relocated to the IRGC Intelligence detention center in Bandar Anzali.
Informed sources assert that during her recent detention period, Yalda Dehghani has been subjected to both mental and physical coercion in an apparent attempt to elicit forced confessions from her.
Throughout her confinement, the past ten days, Yalda Dehghani has not been provided with explicit details regarding the specific charges levied against her.
The initial arrest transpired on Wednesday , July 12th, when IRGC Intelligence forces apprehended her at her residence in Bandar Anzali. Subsequently, she was transferred to Lakan Prison in Rasht before being returned to the IRGC Intelligence detention center, where she currently remains.
