Mohammad Ali Moguie, Milad Moguie, and Effat (last name unknown) are the father, brother, and mother of Mahsa Moguie, who was killed during the nationwide protests in Fuladshahr, Isfahan. They have been in detention for over a week, and their situation remains in abeyance.

 

According to the reports received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Mohammad Ali Moguie, the father of Mahsa Moguie, Milad Moguie, her brother, and Effat (last name unknown), the mother of this deceased youth, were arrested eight days ago and are still in custody.
 

According to reliable sources, these three citizens were arrested by the Iranian intelligence department forces on Sunday, July 16, while commemorating the birthday of their deceased daughter.
 

Following their arrest, Mohammad Ali Moguie and Milad Moguie were transferred to Isfahan Central Prison, while Effat (last name unknown) was taken to the Intelligence Department of Lenjan City in Isfahan.

 

On September 22, 2022, Mahsa Moguie, an 18-year-old protester, was killed by direct fire from Iranian government forces during nationwide protests in Fuladshahr.
