Seyed Keyvan Seyedpouri, a citizen from Piranshahr, had his hand amputated, and his eyes were seriously damaged due to a mine explosion.
According to the reports received by the Hengaw Organization For Human Rights,On Monday, July 24, 2023, Seyed Keyvan Seyedpouri, a 30-year-old shepherd from the village of "Qeru Chay" in Piranshahr district, was injured while grazing livestock near an old base due to a landmine explosion. He lost a hand, and his eyes were damaged in the incident.
Following the incident, Seyed Keyvan Seyedpouri, who is married, was taken to Piranshahr Hospital. Due to the severity of his injuries, he was later transferred to the medical centers in Urmia to receive more specialized treatment.
