The Islamic Republic of Iran's armed forces attacked the village of Sarias, where they detained five residents, including Sarwat Hosseini, Ta'at Salehi, Samir Shoshmi, Arman Mahmoudi, and Khabat Azizi. They also injured Fuad Hosseini. At the same time, the government forces conducted another raid on the village of "Sorkheh Tut" in Sarvabad County.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, On the morning of Monday, July 24, 2023, government armed forces in 20 cars attacked the homes of traders in the village of Sarias,Paveh city, and detained five residents: Sarwat Hosseini, Ta'at Salehi, Samir Shoshmi, Arman Mahmoudi, and Khabat Azizi.
As a result of the residents of Sarias village's resistance and the subsequent conflict, the armed forces of the government opened fire, wounding at least one resident by the name of Fuad Hosseini.
The government's armed forces also attacked the "Surkheh Tut" village in Sarvabad County at the same time, but the residents and traders of this village resisted the attack as well. According to reports, after this conflict, government forces were stationed in and around this village.
