A citizen from Marivan has been forcefully arrested and taken to an undisclosed location by the forces of the Intelligence Department of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization For Human Rights, On Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at two o'clock in the morning, Alan Ardeshiri, a 32-year-old individual, was arrested in his family home by Iranian forces of the Intelligence Department in Marivan city.
According to a reliable source, following the attack and intimidation by a number of Intelligence Department forces while attempting to arrest Alan Ardeshiri, the mother of this citizen suffered a heart attack and was taken to the hospital.
So far, detailed information regarding the reasons for Alan Ardeshiri's arrest, as well as his current status and place of detention, has not been made available.
