Two Kurdish citizens from the city of Bukan, namely Loghman Pishyar and Hassan Mardani, were apprehended by Iranian government forces and subsequently transported to an undisclosed location.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization For Human Rights,On the evening of Thursday, August 10, 2023, Luqman Pishyar and Hassan Mardani, both residents of Bukan, were apprehended by Iranian government forces.
According to reliable sources, a group of government forces has arrested these two individuals from Bukan without presenting any judicial documentation.
So far, detailed information regarding the reported charges against Luqman Pishyar and Hassan Mardani, as well as the circumstances and location of their detention, is not yet available.
