Two Kurdish citizens in the city of Piranshahr, namely Hushyar Qaderi, aged 17, and Luqman Sokhanvar, both hailing from Shinabad village, have been apprehended by Iranian government forces and subsequently transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization For Human Rights, On Monday, August 14, 2023, the Intelligence Department forces intercepted Luqman Sokhanvar's personal vehicle, subsequently arresting this citizen without presenting any judicial documents.
Simultaneously, the Intelligence Department forces conducted a raid on Shinabad village, resulting in the apprehension of Hushyar Qaderi, a 17-year-old adolescent, within his residence, all without the presentation of a judicial document.
So far, detailed information regarding the reasons for the arrest, the charges pressed against these two individuals, and their current fate and location are not yet available.
