Mohammad Hasan Abdi from Marivan and Khaled Dashmir from Piranshahr have been arrested and taken to unknown locations during the attack of the Iranian government forces.

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, Khaled Dashmir, a resident of the village of "Gazgask" in Piranshahr, was arrested by the Iranian Intelligence forces.
 

A day earlier, on Monday, August 21, 2023, Mohammad Hasan Abdi, a resident of the Dezli village of Marivan, was arrested by Iranian government forces.
 

According to informed sources, the Iranian government forces arrested Khaled Dashmir on one of the streets of Piranshahr and Mohammad Hassan Abdi in his family home without presenting any legal documents.
 

There is no information about the charges against Mohammad Hassan Abdi and Khaled Dashmir. Mohammad Hasan Abdi was transferred to the detention center of the Iranian government institutions in Sanandaj, and the place where Khaled Dashmir is being held the is still unknown.
 

Based on the statistics registered in the Statistics and Documents Center of Hengaw, at least 140 Kurdish citizens have been arrested by the Iranian government forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran during the past month.
