For the last 11 days, Farzad Javid, an environmental activist and a member of the Chya Green Association of Marivan, has been detained by Iranian government forces in this city, and currently, there is no available information regarding his fate.
 

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization For Human Rights, Farzad Javid, a young resident of Marivan and an active environmental activists of this city, has been under detention by the Ministry of Intelligence forces for the past 11 days.
 

According to reliable sources, Farzad Javid has reportedly been denied in-person visits, legal representation, and communication with his family throughout the duration of his detention.
 

So far, precise details concerning the grounds for arrest and the specific charges levied against this environmental activist remain unavailable.
 

On Monday, August 14, 2023, Farzad Javid was apprehended by some of the forces of the Ministry of Intelligence within Marivan city and subsequently transported to an undisclosed location.
