Divandarreh; The apprehension of a minimum of twelve Kurdish citizens within a span of ten days

From Monday last week to Wednesday, government institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran apprehended a minimum of 12 Kurdish citizens from Divandarreh, among them were Ako Afrasiabi, Aladdin Fathi, Saman Khaledian, Arman Sohrabi, Khosrow Fathi, Navid Ahmadi, Idris Dorostkar, Farzad Shiri, Abed Moradi, Arman Moradi, Kourosh Abdi, and Omid Karimi.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization For Human Rights, On Wednesday, September 20, 2023, Ako Afrasiabi was forcefully arrested during a raid conducted by ten government agents at his residence in Divandarreh city.
Simultaneously, Aladdin Fathi, another resident of Divandarreh, was apprehended by government forces within the city and subsequently relocated to an undisclosed location.
Prior to this incident, on Sunday, September 17, 2023, Saman Khaledian, a resident of the village of "Nesareh" within the Divandarreh district, was detained by the forces the intelligence department.
On Saturday, September 16, Arman Sohrabi, a teacher from Divandarreh, was apprehended by Iranian government forces and subsequently transported to an undisclosed location.
One day before that, on Friday, September 15, Khosrow Fathi, a 40-year-old resident of Divandarreh and the son of Habib Fathi, one of the activists in the Woman, Life, Freedom movement, was apprehended while en route from his workplace to his home in Divandarreh.
Hengaw, in a report citing news sources, reported that this member of the plaintiff's family was transferred to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' intelligence detention center known as the Shahramfar camp in Sanandaj (Sine) after being apprehended.
Furthermore, on Thursday, September 14 of this year, Navid Ahmadi, a 25-year-old resident of Divandarreh, was apprehended within the city. Following his arrest in front of his restaurant situated on 16-meter street in Divandarreh, he was transported to an undisclosed location by the intelligence forces of the Revolutionary Guards.
On the same day, Idris Dorostkar, another resident of Divandarreh, was apprehended by several government forces at his place of employment within the city.
Farzad Shiri, an employee of Divandarreh Municipality, was another individual who was apprehended on September 14 in this city. Following his arrest by passengers in three government institution vehicles, he was transported to an undisclosed location.
Two residents of Darreh Gavan village in Divandarreh, namely Abed Moradi and Arman Moradi, were apprehended by the Intelligence Department forces in their residences within the village on Wednesday, September 13th.
As per Hengaw's earlier report, on the afternoon of Monday, September 11, 2023, Kourosh Abdi, a 45-year-old employee at the "Siazakh" dam treatment plant located seven kilometers from Divandarreh, was forcefully apprehended by government forces at his workplace. On the same day, 30-year-old Omid Karimi was arrested by the forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran at his residence in Divandarreh.
The attempts made by the families to obtain information regarding the condition of these detainees have yielded no results, and the charges against these individuals remain undisclosed.
