Uncertainty in case of detained woman from Tehran in Saqqez Prison

Mina Jamshidi, a resident of Tehran was detained on the eve of the anniversary of the “Jin, Jian, Azadi”Movement in the city of Saqqez, has been transferred from the Intelligence Detention Center in Sanandaj (Sine) to Saqqez Central Prison, where she remains in custody.
According to reports received by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, Mina Jamshidi, a 34-year-old Tehran resident, has been relocated to Saqqez Central Prison. On charges of "anti-regime propaganda" and "disrupting public order and peace."
According to an informed source, Mrs. Jamshidi was held at the intelligence detention center in Sanandaj, was transferred to Saqqez Prison following the order of her temporary release with bail of the amount of 200 million Iranian Toman. It has come to our attention that there have been no attempts by Ms. Jamshidi's family to provide the bail, raising possibility the family are unaware of her detention in Saqqez.
Mina Jamshidi endured over two weeks of pressure, interrogation, and lack of access to legal counsel or visits during her detention at the intelligence detention center in Sanandaj.
In this regard, during the widespread crackdown and detentions by the government, Hengaw had noted Mina Jamshidi among the list of detainees in the city of Saqqez, which after investigations, it was revealed that she is a resident of Tehran.
Mina Jamshidi was detained by Iranian government authorities in Saqqez on Friday, September 15, 2023 a day prior to the anniversary of the government-sanctioned killing of Jina Amini.
