The border regiment troops shot and severely wounded a 17-year-old teenage kolbar identified as Parham Mohammadi while transporting goods at the Baneh border.
Since the beginning of 2023, 26 teenage kolbars have been injured or died in the Kurdistani borders.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Saturday night, December 9, 2023, the border regiment troops at the Hangazhall border of Baneh opened fire to a convoy of kolbars and severely wounded a 17-year-old individual from Kamyaran city identified as Parham Mohammadi.
According to reliable sources, Parham Mohammadi has been hit hardly on both legs by shotgun fire and was transported to medical centers for treatment.
Citing the data collected by the Statistics and Documentation Center of the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, since the beginning of the current year (2023), 25 teenage kolbars have been injured, and one teenage kolbar has been killed by direct gunfire from the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
