Farid Rubina, a young Kolbar hailing from Marivan, Sanandaj province, tragically perished due to severe frostbite while working in the border regions of the city. Mr. Rubina had recently entered marital bliss, having married just three weeks prior.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the evening of Tuesday, February 6, 2024, Farid Rubina, a resident of the village Chali Sur, Marivan county, Sanandaj province, succumbed to frostbite while working as a Kolbar near the Hanjiran border in Marivan.
After an exhaustive seven-hour search conducted by local residents, Mr. Rubina's lifeless body was discovered in the rugged border terrain of Hanjiran and promptly transported to medical facilities for examination.
It is noteworthy that Farid Rubina had embarked on the Kolbar profession in pursuit of a livelihood and was recently married.
