Hengaw : At least 15 Kolbars  and local Kurdish tradesmen known as “ Kasibkar”  were killed and wounded in Iranian  Kurdistan during January 2020. 

 According to statistics recorded by  Statistics and Documentation Data Center of Hengaw Human Rights Organization , at least 15 Kolbars  and local Kurdish tradesmen were killed and wounded in  borders areas of Iranian Kurdistan during January 2021, 47% of whom were killed and wounded by direct fire from the Iranian Armed Forces.

 According to this report, 7 Kolbars and tradesmen lost their lives and 8 were wounded.

 Most of the victims were in Kurdistan province (Sanandaj), where 6  Kolbars were killed and wounded in during January 2021. Also, 2  of them who lost their lives were under 18 years old.

 

 Cause of death or injury:

 Direct fire: 7 cases (1 killed 6 wounded) equivalent to 47% of total cases.

 Heart Failure : 1 case (1 killed) equivalent to 6% of  total cases.

 Natural Incidents : 7 cases (5 killed and 2 injured) equivalent to 47% of total cases.


 Separation of victims by province:

 West Azerbaijan Province (Urmia): 5 cases (5 killed).

 Kurdistan Province (Sanandaj): 6 cases (2 killed and 4 wounded).

 Kermanshah province: 4 cases (4 wounded ).
