The execution verdict of an inmate named Ali Najafi, a resident of Koohdasht in Lorestan province, previously been sentenced to death for premeditated murder of his stepson, was carried out in Khorramabad Central Prison.
According to information obtained by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, in the early hours of Wednesday, September 27th, 2023, the execution verdict of Ali Najafi, a resident of Koohdasht, was implemented in Khorramabad Central Prison.
As per Hengaw sources, Ali Najafi had been arrested seven years ago on charges of killing his stepson and had been sentenced to death by the judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
