15 Kolbars Injured and Killed at Baneh and Nowsud Border Strip, Including a Teenager
Along the border strips of Baneh and Nowsud, government forces opened fire and launched attack

Along the border strips of Baneh and Nowsud, government forces opened fire and launched attacks on groups of Kolbars, resulting in injuries and fatalities among at least 15 Kolbars, one of whom was a teenager.
According to reports obtained by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the evening of Tuesday, November 7, 2023, border regiment forces stationed at the Hangazhall-Baneh border killed Azad Sattarpanah, a 43-year-old Kolbar from Saqqez, and a father of two children from the village of Darreh Ziarat, Saqqez.
Additionally, these forces critically wounded three other Kolbars from Saqqez with the identities of Naser Ahmadi, Muslim Ahmadi, and Sirajaldin, along with Muhammad Amin, another Kolbar from Baneh. Subsequently, these wounded Kolbars were transported to medical facilities in Baneh.
Simultaneously, on the border of Kermanshah Province, border regimental forces targeted a group of Kolbars from Salas-e Babajani, causing injuries to at least six individuals. These Kolbars sustained gunshot wounds to their abdomen, waist, and hand and were promptly admitted to Quds Paveh Hospital. While two of these Kolbars, Saman Azizi and Akam Bahrami, have been identified, the identities of the remaining four individuals are currently under investigation.
On the same day at the Nowsud border, a Kolbar from Tin village in Bayangan county, identified as Taiyb Khosravi, endured injuries as border regiment forces hurled stones, leading to severe head and rib fractures. His condition is reported to be critical.
Furthermore, on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, a 16-year-old Kolbar from Nodsha was wounded by direct fire from border regiment forces. This young Kolbar, whose first name is Mobin, was shot with a Kalashnikov.
In the continuation of deliberate targeting of Kolbars with direct gunfire, on Monday, November 6th, another Kolbar named Sami' Khalili from Sardasht was shot by government forces at the Hengazhall border line in Baneh, resulting in severe injuries from the incident.
