Kurdish Kolbar Killed by Direct Gunfire of Iranian Armed Forces

Jalal Sohrabi, a Kolbar married and father to two daughters was fatally shot by Iranian border regiment forces while engaged in goods transportation at the Baneh border in Kurdistan (Sanandaj) Province.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Thursday, May 2, 2024, a 43 years old Kolbar named Jalal Sohrabi, resident of the "Tazhan" village in the vicinity of Baneh city, was killed by the direct gunfire of the Islamic Republic of Iran's border regiment forces stationed in the mountainous border heights of "Surkew" in Baneh.
As per Hengaw's credible sources, Sohrabi was directly targeted in the chest by the border regiment forces.
Yesterday, another Kolbar from Saqqez, identified as Hemn Ahmadi, aged 45, was similarly killed by the direct fire of border regiment forces at the borders of this city.
