Shahindej: Kurdish Citizen Arrested by Security Forces

A Kurdish citizen identified as Aram Ostadi was arrested by the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Shahindej and transferred to an unknown location.

According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, Aram Ostadi, a resident of Shahindej, was arrested by Intelligence Department forces without any judicial warrant and transferred to an undisclosed location.

Informed sources stated that the relevant authorities have so far refrained from providing a clear response regarding the fate of this citizen to his family.
