Rebwar Rashidi, Kolbar from Baneh, Succumbed to His Injuries Two Weeks After Being Shot by Iranian Government Forces

Rebwar Rashidi, a Kolbar from Baneh, Kurdistan province, who was severely injured by direct fire from the Iranian Border Guards at the "Hangazhal" border strip, succumbed to his injuries at Kosar Hospital in Sanandaj after two weeks.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Sunday, July 21, 2024, Rebwar Rashidi, 37 years old, from Baneh, father of two children, lost his life due to the severity of his injuries after being hospitalized for two weeks at Kosar Hospital in Sanandaj.
It is noteworthy that Rebwar Rashidi was transferred to the hospital after being directly shot by the Iranian Border Guards, and one of his legs was also amputated from the knee. Additionally, this Kolbar’s lung had developed a severe infection due to multiple pellet wounds.
This Kolbar was severely injured on Sunday, July 7, 2024, by direct fire from the Iranian Border Guards at the "Hangazhal" border of Baneh and was later transferred to the medical centers in Sanandaj in a low state of consciousness.
