Two Kurdish brothers, Milad and Hadi Rahmani, arrested in Saqqez; No information on their whereabouts

Milad Rahmani and Hadi Rahmani, two Kurdish brothers from Saqqez, were arrested by security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Six days have passed since their arrest, and no information is available regarding their fate or whereabouts.
According to information received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Sunday, June 22, 2025, 22-year-old Milad Rahmani and 33-year-old Hadi Rahmani were detained during a raid by security forces on their family home on Fakhrrazi Street in Saqqez.
A source close to the family reported that the brothers were arrested at 5 a.m. without arrest warrants and were physically assaulted during the arrest.
Their mother, who is blind, suffered a heart attack following the arrest of her sons and has since been hospitalized.
As of this report, no information has been released regarding the reasons for their arrest, the charges brought against them, or their current condition and location.
