Two Kurds, Abdol Rasouli and Keyvan Soleimani, arrested in Divandarreh and Bukan

Two Kurdish men — Abdol Rasouli from Divandarreh and Keyvan Soleimani from Bukan — have been arrested by Iran’s Intelligence Department forces.
According to information received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Thursday, June 19, 2025, Keyvan Soleimani, 39, from the Simineh district of Bukan, was arrested during a raid on his family home and taken to an unknown location. After eleven days in detention at a security facility in Urmia, he was transferred to Bukan Prison.
Separately, on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, Abdol Rasouli, 37, from Tazehabad Doleh Rash village in Divandarreh, was arrested by Intelligence Department forces and transferred to an undisclosed location. Twelve days after his arrest, his fate and whereabouts remain unknown.
Sources reported that both arrests were carried out without court warrants.
No information is available regarding the reasons for their arrests or any charges brought against them.
