Farya Chawshin, Mohammad Allah-Rezai, and Zaniar Mohammadzadeh arrested in Bukan, Dehgolan, and Kamyaran

Three Kurdish men—Farya Chawshin, Mohammad Allah-Rezai, and Zaniar Mohammadzadeh—were arrested by Iranian security forces in the cities of Bukan, Dehgolan (Dewlan), and Kamyaran respectively, and transferred to an undisclosed location.

According to information received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, July 12, 2025, Farya Chawshin, 29, from the village of Dashband in Bukan, was arrested at her workplace, a restaurant in Bukan. Mohammad Allah-Rezai, 36, originally from Sanandaj and residing in Dehgolan, was detained on the Sanandaj-Dehgolan road.

Chawshin had previously been arrested due to her activism and had faced prosecution through fabricated cases brought by security institutions.

Additionally, at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 11, Zaniar Mohammadzadeh, a resident of Kamyaran, was arrested by the Intelligence Department at his family home.

No information is available regarding the reasons for the arrests, any charges filed, or the current whereabouts and conditions of these individuals.
