Fouad Mahmoudi and Kamran Amini arrested by security forces in Sanandaj and Bukan

Kurdish men Fouad Mahmoudi and Kamran Amini have been arrested by Iranian security forces in Sanandaj and Bukan, respectively, and taken to unknown locations.
According to the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Mahmoudi, 28, originally from the village of Turiwar and residing in Sanandaj, was detained on July 14, 2025.
Amini was arrested a day earlier, on July 13, 2025, in Bukan.
Authorities carried out both arrests without presenting any legal warrant.
The reasons for their arrests, their current status, and the nature of any charges remain unknown.
