Five prisoners executed in the Prisons of Taybad, Gorgan, Aligudarz, and Shiraz

The death sentences of five prisoners, including a Lor and a Turk, were carried out in the prisons of Taybad, Gorgan, Aligudarz, and Shiraz. These individuals had previously been sentenced to death by the Iranian judiciary on charges of premeditated murder and drug-related offenses.
According to information received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, at dawn on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, the death sentence of Younes Zamani, who had been convicted of murder, was carried out in Taybad Prison in Razavi Khorasan Province.
Meanwhile, at dawn on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, Saeed Haddadian was executed in Gorgan Prison on drug-related charges.
In a separate case, on the morning of Sunday, October 26, 2025, Waliollah Samiei, a 37-year-old Lor from Aligudarz, Lorestan Province, and father of one, was executed in Aligudarz Prison. He had been arrested six years earlier for murder motivated by family and “honor-related” disputes and sentenced to death by the Iranian judiciary.
On the same day, the executions of two other prisoners, Mousa Mohammadi, a 29-year-old Turk from Tabriz, and Mohammadreza Nazari, 31, from Shiraz, were carried out in Adelabad Prison in Shiraz. Both had been arrested approximately four and a half years earlier on murder charges and were transferred from Ward 11 to solitary confinement prior to their execution.
None of these executions have been announced by state media or outlets affiliated with the Iranian Judiciary.
