Seven prisoners executed in multiple Iranian prisons

Iranian authorities have executed seven prisoners identified as Shah Hossein Farhadi, Shahin Saleh, Khodayar Joghatay, Behzad Zeidi, Milad Nemati, Shahab Nazemi, and Allahkaram Nazari in separate prisons across the country, following convictions on charges of “premeditated murder” and “drug-related offences.” The executions took place in the prisons of Yazd, Birjand, Sabzevar, Jiroft, Zanjan, Bojnourd, Dezful, and Esfarayen.
According to information obtained by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Farhadi was executed at dawn on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in Yazd Central Prison. He had been sentenced to death for “premeditated murder.”
Saleh, who had also been convicted of “murder,” was executed the same day in Birjand Prison, South Khorasan Province. A Turkish prisoner, Joghatay, was executed that day in Sabzevar Central Prison, Razavi Khorasan Province.
Nemati was executed at dawn on Monday, November 10, 2025, in Jiroft Central Prison, Kerman Province, after being convicted of “premeditated murder.” Another Turkish prisoner, Zeidi, was executed on the same day in Zanjan Prison on a “murder” charge.
Nazemi, who had been sentenced to death for “drug-related offences,” was executed in Bojnourd Prison, North Khorasan Province.
Nazari, a Lor prisoner convicted of “premeditated murder,” was executed at dawn on Sunday, November 9, 2025, in Dezful Prison, Khuzestan Province.
None of these executions have been announced by state media, including outlets affiliated with Iran’s judiciary, at the time this report was compiled.
