IRGC forces shoot and injure Kolbar Bakhtyar Rouzbeh

A kolbar identified as Bakhtyar Rouzbeh, from Marivan, was seriously injured after being shot directly by Iranian government forces in the mountainous border region of Sarvabad (Sewlawa).

According to information received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Rouzbeh, a resident of Towsuran village in Marivan County, was shot on Saturday evening, December 20, 2025, by government forces in the Teteh mountain area of Sarvabad.

Sources told Hengaw that due to the severity of his injuries, Rouzbeh was transferred to medical facilities for treatment. However, his current health condition remains unknown.
