70 Years of Confinement and Confiscation of Estate for 10 Businessmen in Kermanshah

Hengaw: Iran's Judiciary sentenced 10 businessmen from Kermanshan(Kermanshah) to confinement and confiscted their estates.

On Sunday, October 14, Gholam Hossein Ezheii Iran's Judiciary vice president in a confrance highlighted ten people have been sentenced on charges of currency and goods smugling, based on Hengaw Organisation for Human Rights.

"In Kermanshan(Kermansha)'s province 10 people have been sentenced to confinement and estate confiscation on charges of goods and fuel smugling.", Said Ezheii.
Verdicts are in order of:

Nariman Bakhtiari 15 years of confinement, Vahid Moradi 15 years of confinement, Sadiq Zaheri 5 years of confinement, Hasan Nik Roshan 5 years of confinement, Houman Bahremand 5 years of confinement, Mohammad Taha Yousefi 5 years of confinement, Hasan Azizi 5 years of confinement, Mohammad Moradi 5 years of confinement, Sardar Mohammadi 5 years of confinement and Bahieh Asin Chileh 5 years of confinement.

Also all their estates have been confiscated, Ezheii noted.
