One of the border guards of Sardasht city, identified as Mehdi Barzegar, a Sergeant major, was killed on Tuesday morning, June 15, 2022, due to a mine explosion on the borders of this city.
According to an informed source, Mehdi Barzegar was one of the cadres of the "Bioran" border guards and has stepped on a mine while ambushing for Kolbars and Tradesmen near the "Belfat and Dopaza" heights.
Loghman Khosravi, Sardasht Governor, has announced that Mehdi Barzegar was from the city Ahar.
