17-year old Kolbar injured after shots fired by Iranian border guards

Hengaw: A young Kolbar was shot at by Iranian border guards in the border region of Marivan and seriously injured.

On August 10, 2020, a Kolbar named Armin Ahmadi, 17 years old, was shot at by Iranian border guards in the "Marana" border region near Marivan, Kordistan Province, and seriously injured in the chest area.

An anonymous source told Hengaw that the border guards left Armin Ahmadi injured and withdrew. Residents of the region found the injured youth at a time when he had already lost a lot of blood and took him to a hospital in Marivan.

Only a few days before this incident, a 16-year-old Kolbar named Mobin Hosseini was mistreated by border guards in the border region in Nosoud.
