2 detained Kurdish citizens from Mahabad transferred to Urmia Prison

Hengaw : A Kurdish teacher and university student who are among the recent arrested Kurdish citizens  in Mahabad have been  transferred to Urmia Central Prison after being interrogated.

According to a report received by Hengaw  Human Rights Organization, in recent days, two citizens from Mahabad, identified as , Siavash Eyni and Keyvan Andar , have been transferred to quarantine in the central prison of Urmia after completing their interrogation at the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guards Intelligence Detention Center.

Siavash Eyni, a 23-year-old education teacher in Mahabad  at Haj Abdullah Rostamzadeh Primary School, was arrested by the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guards intelligence forces on Sunday, January 31, 2021.

Keyvan Andar is also an English language student at the University of Tabriz who was arrested by the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guards intelligence forces in late January 2021 which  his arrest had not been reported in the media.
