A kolbar injured on the borders of Piranshahr by direct fire from Iranian Armed Forces

Hengaw : A young Kolbar from Piranshahr district of West Azerbaijan (Urmia) province has been severely injured by direct fire from the Iranian Armed Forces while on the border heights of the city.

According to a report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization on Monday, May 10, 2021, a Kolbar identifiedas "Ako Ghaderi" was on his way to the "Mashkan" border region of Piranshahr and was shot by the Iranian Armed Forces.

According to an informed source, this Kolbar was targeted while not carrying any loads.  Ako Ghaderi has been transferred to Piranshahr medical centers for treatment.

According to the statistics recorded in the Statistics and Documentation Data Center of Hengaw Human Rights Organization

, during April 2021, at least 18 Kolbars  and local tradesman were killed and injured on the borders of Iranin Kurdistan, 78% of whom were targeted by direct fire from the Iranian Armed Forces .
