Landmine blast injures a civilian in Marivan

Hengaw : A landmine blast in a village in the Kumasi region of Marivan district in Kurdistan province has injured a civilian.

According to a report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organisation , at around  9:00 AM on Thursday, May 20, 2021 a citizen with the identity of "Hossein Asadi" was seriously injured in a landmine explosion near an abandoned military base in the village of "Choin".

Hossein Asadi was severely injured in the abdomen and legs.

He is currently receiving medical care at Bu Ali Hospital in Marivan.
