Hengaw: A citizen from Ney village in Marivan was arrested by security forces last week and transferred to Sanandaj.

According to a report received by the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, at 9 am on Saturday, July 10, 2021, the intelligence forces of the Sanandaj IRGC arrested a citizen of Marivan with the identity of "Kamran Dastan" and transferred him to one of the security detention centers in Sanandaj.

According to an informed source, Kamran Dastan, 36, resident of the village of Ney, was arrested in his shop in Kurdistan Passage, and after his arrest, security forces raided his house and searched his home.

The source, who did not want to be named for security reasons, further stated that Kamran Dastan was transferred to one of the IRGC's security detention centers in Sanandaj after his arrest and had no contact with his family during the past week.
