Arrest and uncertain destiny of a Kurdish national from Mahabad

Hengaw: According to the reports received by the Hengaw, Human Rights Organization, on Friday, August 13, 2021, Idris Sharifi a 32 years old Kurdish national from Mahabad, was arrested by IRGC intelligence forces.

 According to an informed source, IRGC intelligence forces arrested Idris Sharifi without providing any warrant,  court order or any reason and have held him captive in an unknown location.

 After 9 days of detention of Idris Sharifi, still the reason for his arrest as well as the charges against him by the IRGC authorities are unknown.
