Four Kolbars injured in the border region of Nowsud

Hengaw: Four Kolbars, including two brothers, were shot by Iranian border guards while they were working in the border region near the Kurdish city of Nowsud.

According to the report received by the human rights organization Hengaw, on the evening of November 25, 2021, a group of Kolbars near Nowsud, Kermanshah province, was targeted by armed Iranian border guards. At least four Kolbars, including two brothers, were seriously injured in the course of the armed attack.

According to an informed source, the injured are a Kurdish citizen from Salas Bawacani named Milad Ahmadi, another citizen from Marivan named Ehsan (last name unknown) and two brothers named Puria and Farid Waysi from Nowsud. The injured Kolbars are currently under medical care.
