With the arrest of two more citizens, including a 16-year-old identified as Zaniar Hassanzadeh and another citizen identified as Yousef Rahmani, the number of those arrested in Oshnavyeh (Shno) on Monday, July 13, 2022, reached 9 people.
According to the report received by Hengaw, Yousef Rahmani from "Khorsht" village and Zaniar Hassanzadeh from "Bab Khaled Abad" village, who is only 16, were arrested at the same time as the widespread arrest of citizens by the Oshnavyeh Intelligence forces.
Hengaw sources have reported that Zaniar Hassanzadeh was released from the Oshnavyeh Intelligence detention center on Thursday, July 14, and the other 8 are still in custody.
Earlier, Hengaw had announced the arrest of other seven citizens from the villages of Singan and Bimazrati, called Farhang Keramat (Alani), Khoshnav Eini, Siamand Keramat, Pirot Tabnak, Faraan Ebrahimi, Abdul Rahman Sadeghi, and Mullah Mohammad Tahazadeh.
Hengaw sources have reported that the arrest of the people took place after last night, on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Abdulrahman Ghasemlou, the Secretary General of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran when his words were broadcast in the mosques of Bimazrati and Singan villages.
