According to the report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, Maryam Haqgou, who was arrested along with her husband Pourya Javadi on charges of political activity, was two months pregnant when arrested. After the arrest, the political activist was transferred to the Women's Ward of Ilam Central Prison by IRGC intelligence forces, and her three-month fetus was miscarried inside the prison, and any news has been published in this regard yet.
 

Hengaw has also been informed that Maryam Haqgou was temporarily released from Ilam Central Prison after 46 days of detention under mental and emotional pressure on a bail of 600 million tomans on Monday, January 31, 2022.
 

Maryam Haqgou was arrested on Friday, December 17, 2021, along with her husband Pourya Javadi by the IRGC intelligence forces of Ilam.
 

Pourya Javadi was also temporarily released from Ilam Central Prison on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, after 7 months and 10 days of detention on a huge bail of one billion Tomans.
 

Hengaw has been informed that the security agencies have accused this young couple of cooperating with the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
