The Iranian security forces have abducted Mohammad Amin Armand from Mahabad and his son Soran.
According to the report received by the Hengaw human rights organization, on Saturday, October 29, 2022, the Iranian security forces abducted Mohammad Amin and his son Soran Armand and transferred them to an unknown location. Mohammad Amin Armand is 60 years old and suffers from heart and respiratory disease.
According to one of the relatives of Armand's family, Mr. Armand has been deprived of access to his medicines since his abduction, and his health is in danger.
On the other hand, considering the mental and physical pressures in the detention center, there is a possibility of the exacerbation of Mohammad Amin Armand's illness.
