As a result of government forces shooting at several Kolbars at the Nowsud border, Kermanshah Province (Kermashan), at least 5 Kolbars were injured.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the government forces shot at several Kolbars using shotguns and Kalanshinkov at the Noushmeh border, a district of Nowsud, on Saturday, January 21, 2023, and at least five Kolbars were injured.
Hengaw has received some images and videos, but for security reasons and at the request of the Kolbars, we are not publishing the names of the five Kolbars.
Previously, Hengaw had announced in its annual report that at least 161 Kolbars were killed and injured on the borders of Kermanshah province in 2022, which is an increase of 58 cases, equivalent to 211.5%, compared to 2021.
