Omid Lotfi, a kolbar from Marivan, was seriously wounded by direct fire from the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the border of Kileh-Baneh.
 
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, Omid Lotfi, a Kolbar from Marivan, was injured by direct fire from the government forces at the "Kileh" border of Baneh.
 
According to a reliable source, Omid Lotfi was seriously wounded in the back and waist by a direct bullet shot by the forces of the Kileh Border Regiment.
 
After being injured by government forces, Omid Lotfi was transferred to Salahuddin Ayubi Baneh Hospital for medical treatment due to the severity of his injuries.
